I'm Safoor Safdar. I run EaseCloud, a cloud consultancy for B2B SaaS companies that need their infrastructure to stop being a tax on engineering velocity. I also build and operate upzero.io and md0.io.

What I do

Eight years of platform engineering, SRE, and cloud architecture across AWS, Oracle Cloud, GCP, and Azure. Through EaseCloud, I work directly with CTOs, VP Engineering, and Heads of Platform at Series A to Series C SaaS in the US, UK, and GCC. No account-manager layer. No offshore handoff. The engineer who scopes the work writes the Terraform, runs the load tests, and presents the architecture review.

Where I focus

Cloud performance engineering. p99 latency reduction, load testing, capacity planning, autoscaling. I get hired when APIs start driving churn or a launch is two weeks out and the load tests are failing.

Reliability and SRE. SLO design, observability rebuilds, incident response, on-call hygiene. Typical outcome: incident frequency down by half within two quarters.

Cloud cost optimization. AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud bill reduction without service degradation. Realistic range: 25 to 40 percent in 6 to 10 weeks.

Platform engineering. Internal developer platforms, Terraform and CDKTF, CI/CD, Kubernetes operations. Platforms your engineers want to use, not platforms they route around.
